Changing a Layout

After using the ENOVIA Business Metrics Module dashboard, you may want to change the layout. You can select a different template, move reports to different channels, or remove a report from the dashboard.

  1. From the global toolbar, click > Preferences, then click Metrics Dashboard.

  2. To select a different template:

    1. Click the option button for the needed template.

      ENOVIA Business Metrics Module will check that all the reports in the channels of the current template can be accommodated in the channels of the newly-selected template. If all the reports cannot be displayed, this message displays: 

      This selection may not show some of the assigned
reports in the dashboard. Do you want to continue?

    2. Click OK to use the selected template with as many reports as can be accommodated in the channels shown.

      Any reports that were not accommodated in the new template are moved back to the unassigned list.

    3. Add any additional reports to channels as needed.

  3. To transfer a report between channels:

    1. Select a report in the Assigned Reports list.
    2. Click the Channel button where you want to move the report.

  4. To unassign a report:

    1. Select a report in the Assigned Reports list.
    2. Click Unassign.

      The report now displays in the Unassigned Reports list. You can add that report to a different channel, or keep it unassigned.

  5. Click Apply to save your changes and leave the Preferences page open so you can set other preferences.

    Or:

    Click Done to save your changes and close the Preferences page.
