Collaboration Partners Page

The Collaboration Partners page lists basic information about organizations that are defined as collaboration partners for the selected company. Collaboration partners are added to this list when your organization accepts a collaboration request.

To access this page:


  1. Log in as a user with the role of Organization Manager.
  2. View the properties page for the parent company. See Company Properties Page.
  3. From the page toolbar, click Categories > Collaboration Partners.

Columns



Column Name Description
Name The company name of the partner. You can click to view or edit details about the partner. See Company Properties Page.
Phone The main business unit phone number, as included in the business unit definition.
Web Site The URL of the business unit's Web site.
Share Types Comma-separated list of types that the collaboration partner allows to be created in their company.
Edit Share Types For those with edit access, this column contains an icon that provides access to the Edit Share Types page. See Editing Share Types.
You can click to view the Properties page for the company in a separate window.

Actions Menu and Page Toolbar

This table describes the available actions.

Action Description
Remove Removes the checked partner; click OK to confirm.

The collaboration is removed, but the company is not deleted.
