Columns

Column Name	Description
	If the icons shows in the row, you are subscribed to that discussion.
Discussion	The title of the discussion. Click to view the text of all messages within that discussion. See Discussion Thread Page.
Last Message	The date that the last reply was posted.
Visibility	Shows Public or Private to indicate if the discussion can be viewed by external users (people who do not work for the company that hosts the ENOVIA product). Any user with access to the object being discussed can view public discussions; only employees of the host company can view Private discussions. External users do not see this column.
Replies	The number of replies posted to the discussion.
Discussion Owner	The name of the user who started the discussion.
Discussed Item: Name	The name of the object that the discussion relates to. Click to view the Properties page for that object.
Discussed Item: Type	The type of object, such as workspace or folder, that the discussion relates to.
Discussed Item: Revision	The revision of the named object.
	Click to view the Properties page for the discussion in a separate window.

Filter

The drop-down list at the top of the page lets you filter the discussions that show on the page.

• Subscribed shows all discussions to which you are subscribed.
• All from Last 30 Days shows all discussions for which the latest message was posted within the last 30 days.
• All from Last 90 Days shows all discussions for which the latest message was posted within the last 90 days.
