You can subscribe to an issue to be notified when anyone makes
a change to the issue. The Subscribers field on the issue's Properties
page lists the people who have subscribed to the specific issue.
If you subscribe to an issue by editing the Subscribers list on the
issue's Properties page, you also receive notifications when the issue
is promoted or demoted, or a discussion for the issue is appended.
