Subscription Events for Requirements

You can only subscribe to requirement events if you have Requirements Central installed. Subscribing to a requirements allows you to receive notification about selected events for the requirement. For example, suppose you want to be notified whenever a specification is added to the requirement's specifciation structure. To be notified, you subscribe to alert events for the requirements.
