Editing Access

You can see the Edit Access tool on the accesses page only if you have grant access.


Before you begin:

View the access list for the needed item. See Access Page.

  1. Select Edit Access from the page Actions menu or toolbar.



  2. To edit a single access level, select the needed access from the drop-down list on that row.

  3. To edit multiple persons, roles, or groups:

    1. Select Access from the Column drop-down list.
    2. Select the access level you want to assign from the Value drop-down list.
    3. Apply the changes:


      1. To apply the value to only those items that are checked, click Apply to Selected.
      2. To apply the value to all listed items, click Apply to All.

  4. Click Done.
