Deleting a Workflow

You can delete workflows that you own if they are in the Stopped or Completed state. Deleting a workflow removes all information about the workflow including all of its tasks, and stops any further tasks from being created.

Before you begin: View the Workflows page from an object's Categories menu, or view the list of workflows. See Workflows Page.

  1. From the Workflows page, check the workflow you want to delete.

  2. Select Delete from the page Actions menu or toolbar.

    If the workflow is in a state other than Stopped or Completed, you receive an error message:

    Selected operation cannot be done in the current state.
