Opening Documents from ENOVIA Workspaces

From the Open dialog box, you can list the documents within a particular workspace and select one or more documents. The workspaces are created in the web integration mode and these workspaces can be used only by the creator of the workspaces.

Before you begin: The documents must already be saved in ENOVIA V6.

  1. Click ENOVIA V6 > Open from CATIA to open the Open dialog box.

  2. Click .

    The list of available ENOVIA workspaces are displayed.

  3. Click [+] to expand the workspace tree and click on a workspace name to view the documents within each workspace folder.

    Note: Multiple folders cannot be selected. Workspaces in the structure is not selectable.

  4. Select one or more documents and right-click to view the available options. Click OK to open the selected documents.
