Listing the Items a Defect is Reported Against

A Defect is initially reported against a specific Product, and you can subsequently add additional Products that the Defect affects. You can view the list of items the Defect is reported against. This list does not include the Product against which the Defect was originally reported.

Before you begin: View the Properties page for the Defect. See Viewing Defect Details.

  1. From the page toolbar, click Categories > Also Reported Against .

    For each object, this page lists these details:

    Name. The name of the Product. Click to view its Properties page.

    Revision. The revision level of the Product.

    Type. The ENOVIA object type.

    State. The current lifecycle state for the object.

    Description. A brief description of the object.

  2. Use the page Actions menu or toolbar to work with the items:

    • Add Reported Against. Opens a search page where you select a Product to add to this list. See Searching.
    • Remove. Removes the selected object from this list; click OK to confirm.
