Editing an Implementation Review

You can edit an Implementation Review, for example, you may need to add additional filenames to the Files Modified list. You also need to edit an Implementation Review to close it out (promote it to the Complete state).

Before you begin: View the Properties page for the needed Implementation Review. See Viewing Implementation Review Details.

  1. From the page Actions menu or toolbar, click Edit Details.

  2. Edit any of these details:

    Files Modified. Enter a list of files that were modified to implement the fix for this Defect Action.

    Lifecycle. Select an option for what action to take when you click Done:

    • No Change. The state remains the same as shown.
    • Promote. If Initiated, promotes to Complete.
    • Demote. If Complete, demotes to Initiated.

    Subscribers. Click the ellipsis button to open a search page where you select people who should be notified about this Implementation Review. See Running a Search.

    Reviewers. Click the ellipsis button to open a search page where you select people who need to review the Defect Action's fix. See Running a Search.

    Summary. Enter a detailed explanation of what people need to review.

  3. Click Done.
