Inserting a File

This task shows you how to insert a file into a document.

About ENOVIA Collaboration for Microsoft Office
  1. Navigate to ENOVIA > File from the Microsoft Office application.

    The Insert File dialog box appears.



  2. Click ENOVIA to view the folders in the server.

  3. Browse the ENOVIA folder to the relevant file.

  4. Click Insert.

An icon of the file inserted in the document appears in the body of the document. If you click the file icon, it opens in a separate window.
