Creating a Timesheet By Copying

You can create a timesheet by copying it from a previous timesheet and making changes.


Before you begin: The timesheet you are copying from must exist. See Listing Timesheets.
  1. From the My Weekly Timesheet page, select a timesheet as the basis for a new timesheet and click Copy Selected on the page toolbar.

    The Create Timesheet From Copy page is displayed.

  2. Enter the following fields:

    Copy Selected. This field is only available when the user clicks the "Copy Selected" command. This field shows the week period of the timesheet selected to copy from. You can click to open the timesheet effort entry view.

    Select Week. Click the date chooser to select the date to designate which week's timesheet you want to create.

    The other fields are displayed based on the chosen Select Week.

  3. Click Done.
