Changing the Order of Images in a Slide Show

This task shows you how to change the order of images in a slide show. Images for a particular object can be shown in a slide show format. Images are assigned a number sequentially as they are added to the images list for an object and are shown in that order when you view the slide show. You can change the order by moving the items in the images list.

  1. Check the image you want to move

  2. From the page Actions menu or page toolbar, click Move Up or Move Down. The sequence number of the image changes, minus one or plus one. For example, if you select image number 4 and click Move Up, it becomes image number 3. What was image number 3 becomes image number 4. If you move an image to sequence number 1, it becomes the primary image for the object.

  3. Repeat steps 1 and 2 for each image that you want to reorder, until the images are in the order you want.
