Creating a Calendar

A Company Representative or Organization Manager can create a calendar for an organization. Creating a calendar involves creating its basic definition, which is described in this section. After the calendar definition is created, events are added as described in Adding Events to a Calendar. Locations for the calendar can also be specified, as described in Adding Locations to a Calendar.


Before you begin: View the list of calendars for a company. See Listing Calendars.
  1. Click Create New from the page Actions menu or toolbar.



  2. Type a Name for the calendar.

  3. Type a Description for the calendar.

  4. Click Done.
