Viewing Events in a Calendar

You can view the non-working days in a calendar, which can be taken into consideration when working with project schedules.


Before you begin: View the calendars for a company. See Listing Calendars.
  1. Click the Events tab or category.



    For each event, this page lists these details:

    Title. A short name of the event.

    Frequency. How often the event occurs.

    Start Date. First date for the event (for a non-recurring event).

    End Date. Last date for the event (for a non-recurring event).

    Day Number. Day of the week on which the event occurs (for a weekly event).

    Notes. Any notes to explain why the event is included in the calendar.

  2. Use the page Actions menu or toolbar to work with the events:

    Create New. Adds an event. See Adding Events to a Calendar.

    Delete. Deletes the selected event; click OK to confirm.
