Folders

You can view the contents of the folders that a buyer maintains in a hierarchal structure for an RFQ or a Quotation.

Suppliers can only view and download content from these folders.

To access the Folders page:

  1. View the Properties page for an RFQ/Quotation. See Viewing Details of an RFQ for an RFQ or Viewing Details for a Quotation for a Quotation.
  2. From the page toolbar for an RFQ/Quotation, click Categories > Folders.

Columns for Folders



Column Name Description
Name The name of the folder. To access the contents of a folder, click the folder name from the folder list.
Content The number of items added to the folder and all of its subfolders combined.
Owner The person who added the folder to the quotation.
Opens the list content page for the folder in a new window.
