Adding Line Items to a Pass Through RFQ

When you create a pass through RFQ, you select which line items from the Quotation you want to include. If you did not include a line item when you created it, you can add it to the pass through RFQ.

Before you begin: View the Properties page for the quotation. See Viewing Details of a Pass Through RFQ.

  1. From the page toolbar, click Categories > Line Items.

  2. From the page Actions menu or toolbar, click Add More Line Items to Pass through RFQ.

    The Select Line Items from RFQ page opens (the same page used to select line items when creating the pass through RFQ).

  3. Check the line items you want to add to the pass through RFQ. Any line items already included show in gray and cannot be selected.

  4. Click Done.
