Saving Searches

After you finish defining search criteria, you can save it for later use. You can also use the Save As feature to rename a search or to overwrite an existing saved search.

Save a Search

You can name a saved search for later access.

  1. Click Save or Actions > Save on the page toolbar. The Save Search dialog opens.

  2. Enter a descriptive Name that will appear in the Saved Searches list.

  3. Click Done.

    f you change your search criteria and click Save again, changes overwrite the search criteria.

Use Save As for a Search

If you opened a saved search, you can change criteria and save it with a different name to retain the original saved search and this new one.

  1. After defining search criteria, click Save As or Actions > Save As on the page toolbar. The Save As dialog opens.

  2. To overwrite a previously-saved search, click the button next to the search name.

    Or

    Type a new name in the text box.

  3. Click Done.
