Revising Specification Objects

Use this procedure to revise multiple objects at once related to specifications. You can revise Requirements, Comments, and Chapters.

Before you begin:

View the specification in Structure View. See Using Structure View for a Specification

Or

View the list of specifications. See Listing Specifications

Or

Perform a global search on specifications. See Running a Search

  1. Check the objects you want to revise.

  2. From the page Actions menu, select Revisions.



  3. In the Description field, type some descriptive text about the revision.

  4. Click Done.

    If the revision rules are met, then the revisions are created and the page refreshes.
