Product Sourcing Powerview

The product sourcing powerview page provides access to view the three tabs Pre-Cost, Cost Scenarios, and Cost Record related to the context product and BOM variant.

Ensure that you are in Properties page of the product. See Product Properties Page.

Access the Product Sourcing Powerview page from following:


  • From the properties page, click Categories > Sourcing.

This section includes the following:

Product and BOM Variants

You can view the product and BOM variants basic information.
Columns Description
Product/BOM Variant The name of the product or BOM variant .
Marketing Name/ Description The marketing name or description for the product and BOM variant.
Finished Goods PO/A The production office or agent for the finished goods related to context product and BOM variant.


To view the Pre-Cost for the context product or BOM variant.


To view the Cost Scenarios for the context product or BOM variant.


To view the Cost Record for the context product or BOM variant.

Actions

You can use the tab toolbar to perform the following task.

Actions Description
Enable Edit To edit Finished Goods PO/A for the selected product or BOM variant.

Cost Details

You can view the details about the Pre-Cost, Cost Secnarios, and Cost Record for the context product or BOM variant in three different tabs and access the related data.

Tab Name Description
Pre-Cost Shows the pre-cost information for the product or BOM variant. See Pre-Cost Report for more details.
Cost Secnarios Shows the cost scenarios for the product or BOM variant. See Cost Scenarios for more details.
Cost Record Shows the cost record for the product or BOM variant. See Cost Record for more details.
