Cost Scenarios

The cost scenarios page shows the table containing the detail information about different cost scenarios and provides link to create a new cost scenario.

This section includes the following:
Columns Description
Description Description of the cost scenario.
Comments Comments about the cost scenario.
Currency Currency of the cost scenario.
Retail Price Retail price of the product.
Originated Date the product originated.
Total Fabric Cost Calculated cost of the fabric based on the library cost multiplied by quantity as specified in the BOM.
Total Trim Cost Calculated cost of the trim based on the library cost multiplied by quantity as specified in the BOM.
Total Label Cost Calculated cost of the label based on library cost multiplied by quantity as specified in the BOM.
Total Packaging Cost Estimated Packaging Cost.
Cut and Make Costs Estimated Cut and Make Costs.
Dye/Wash Cost The dye/wash cost.
Quota Charge Estimated quota charge.
Miscellaneous Costs Miscellaneous Costs.
First Cost Calculated total cost generated using the formula: total fabric cost + trim cost + cut/make cost + wash cost + label cost + packaging.
Factory Overhead Additional overhead costs associated with product development.
Freight Cost Int'l Cost of freight for international shipping.
Freight Cost Local Cost of freight for local shipping.
Estimated Landed Cost Estimated landed cost by the formula: first cost * landed factor + overhead
IMU (Retail) Initial markup, which is the calculated percentage generated using the formula: (retail price - estimated landed cost)/estimated landed cost.

Actions

You can use the tab toolbar to perform the following tasks.

Actions Description
Create Scenario To create the new cost scenario. See Creating a Cost Scenario for more details.
Edit Scenario/s To edit the selected cost scenario details.
Delete To delete the selected cost scenario.
User Preference Currency Click to view the user preference currency.The dialog box displays the selected currency value of the cost scenario. See Setting User Preferences for more details.
