Viewing the Cost Summary

This section describes how to view the cost summary of a supplier unit cost.

  1. From the global toolbar, click > Product > Products. The Products page opens.

  2. Click Marketing Name of a product or click at the end of the row. The product Properties page opens.

  3. From the page toolbar, click Categories > Sourcing.

    The PowerView page opens which lists the selected product and it's BOM variants.

  4. Click corresponding to product or BOM variant.

    The Cost Scenario, RFQ, and Cost Sheet tabs show the respective details.

  5. Click Cost Sheet tab.

    The Cost Sheet tab lists the SUC details of the context product or BOM variant.

  6. Click Name of a SUC.

    The Cost Summary page opens.

  7. The page contains the following information:

    Total Material Cost - Indicates the total cost and dutiable cost of the material cost items.

    Total CMT Cost - Indicates the total cost and dutiable cost of the CMT cost items.

    Quota Charge - Indicates the cost and dutiable cost to buy the quota.

    Total Shipping/Import Cost - Indicates the total cost and dutiable cost of the shipping/import cost items.

    Total Miscellaneous Cost - Indicates the total cost and dutiable cost of the miscellaneous cost items.

    Total - Indicates the total cost and dutiable cost of the SUC, including the total material cost, the total CMT cost, the total shipping/import cost, the total miscellaneous cost, and the quota charge.

    Negotiated SUC - Indicates the total cost entered by the user and dutiable cost. This parameter is applicable only in a full package type SUC record

    Note: If the SUC is created from the Set Product, the cost items will break down into the sub-product level.

  8. Use the page toolbar to access the following options:

    Mode - Allows you to edit the cost details for the Full Package type SUC.
