Saving a Result Set with a Different Name

If you want to save a report's result set without overwriting the original report (you had opened an existing report), you can use the Save As option.

Before you begin: Open a saved report. See View Results Page.

  1. From the page Actions menu or page toolbar, select Save As.



  2. Enter the Name and Title for a new report.

    Or

    Select the option button for an existing report and optionally edit the Title.

  3. Click Done.

    If you chose to overwrite an existing report that is used in a personalized Metrics Dashboard, ENOVIA Business Metrics Module displays this message: 

    The supplied report already exists, replacing an existing report will 
disassociate the current report from any personalized dashboards. Do 
you want to continue?

    Click OK.

    If you disassociated a report, that report is removed from all personalized Metrics Dashboards. See Configuring the Metrics Dashboard for instructions on adding the report back into the dashboard.
