Subscription Events for Libraries and Classes

Event	Library Type or Subtype	Notification sent when someone:
Content Added	General Library	Adds a Classification (General Class or Part Family) to the library. No message is sent if a subclass is added to a class.
	Part Library	Adds a Part Family to the library. No message is sent if a sub-part family is added.
	General Class	Adds a subclass or classified item. No message is sent if a subclass of a subclass is added.
	Part Family	Adds a part family as a sub-part family (first level). No message is sent if a sub-part family is added further down the part family hierarchy.
	Document Library	Adds a document family to the library.
Content Removed	General Library	Removes, but does not delete, a general class or part family from the library. No message is sent if a subclass or sub-part family is removed.
	Part Library	Removes, but does not delete, a part family from the library. No message is sent if a subclass or sub-part family is removed.
	General Class	Removes, but does not delete, a subclass or classified item. No message is sent if a subclass of a subclass is removed.
	Part Family	Removes, but does not delete, a sub-part family (first level). No message is sent if a sub-part family is removed further down the part family hierarchy.
	Document Library	Removes, but does not delete, a document family from the library.
`Type` Modified	General Library Part Library General Class Part Family Document Library Document Family	Edits the details (properties page) of the library, general class, part family, or document family.
`Type` Deleted	General Library Part Library Part Family Document Library Document Family	Deletes the library, document family, general class, or part family.
`Type` Revised	Document Library Document Family	Creates a new revision of the library or document family.
`Type` Locked	Document Library	Locks the library or document family so others cannot access its contents. An object is usually locked in preparation for creating a new revision of that object.
`Type` promoted to Active state	General Library Part Library General Class Part Family	Promotes the library, class, or part family to active.
`Type` promoted to Obsolete state	General Library Part Library General Class Part Family	Promotes the library, general class, part family or to obsolete.
`Type` demoted to Active state	General Library Part Library General Class Part Family	Demotes an obsolete library, general class, or part family to active.
`Type` demoted to Inactive state	General Library Part Library General Class Part Family	Demotes an active library, general class, or part family to inactive.
`Type` Promoted to Review State	Document Library Document Family	Promotes the library or document family to the Review state. The specified Approver must review the details, and approve if appropriate.
`Type` Promoted to Appoved State	Document Library Document Family	Promotes the library or document family to the approved state. Document families can now be added to the library, or documents can be added to a document family
`Type` Promoted to Locked State	Document Library Document Family	Promotes the library or document family to the locked state. This usually means that the object will be revised.
`Type` promoted to Obsolete State	Document Library Document Family	Promotes the library or document family to the obsolete state. The object is no longer needed, but will be retained for reference.
`Type` Demoted to Create State	Document Library Document Family	Demotes the library document family to the create state. The approver demotes the object so that the creator can edit the details.
`Type` Demoted to Review State	Document Library Document Family	Demotes the library or document family to the review state. An approved object could be demoted to allow changes to be made to the details (the object would need to be demoted again to the create state).
`Type` Demoted to Approved State	Document Library Document Family	Demotes the library or document family to the approved state. A locked object can be demoted so that it can be used.
`Type` Demoted to Locked State	Document Library Document Family	Demotes the library or document family to the locked state. An obsolete object can be demoted so that a new revision can be created, or so that it can continue to be used (the object would need to be demoted again to the approved state).
