Locking and Unlocking Documents

You can lock or unlock from the Open dialog box or from a design that is open in CATIA. The Lock/Unlock feature prevents two different users from editing the same data at the same time. When a design is locked by one user, only the user who has locked the design can modify the design in ENOVIA. Any modifications performed by another user will be rejected (unless he has specific administrator rights which could overload the lock). The nodes of designs open in CATIA display whether the designs are locked or not.
