Copying Marketing Preferences

Product Managers and System Engineers can copy and modify marketing preferences from one object to another.

Before you begin: Access the Marketing Preferences page for an object. For details, see Viewing Marketing Preferences.

  1. From the page Actions menu or page toolbar, click Copy.

    The Search page opens. For details, see Running a Search.

  2. Select the rule that needs to be copied.

  3. Click Submit. The Edit Marketing Preference Rule page opens and all the fields are pre-loaded with the existing values found in the database.

  4. Make modifications, as necessary. For details, see Creating a Marketing Preference.

  5. Click Done.
