Viewing Resource Usage

This task shows you how to view the usage quantity and resource operation for feature/option pairs.

Before you begin: Access the Properties page for a resource rule. For details, see Viewing Resource Rules.

  1. From the resource rule Categories menu, click Resource Usage.



    It contains the following columns:

    Feature/Option Name. The name of the feature/option pair for the product or feature.

    Usage. The quantity of usage of the selected feature/option.

    Resource Operation. The Resource Operation that identifies the usage as an increment or decrement.

  2. Click any of the following commands from the page Actions menu or page toolbar to work with the resource usage.


    • Create New. For details, see Creating Resource Usage.
    • Edit All. For details, see Editing Resource Usage.
    • Remove Selected. Removes the relationship between all checked resource usages and the object in context. It does not delete the resource usage from the database.
