Viewing Portfolio Properties

This task shows you how to view the portfolio Properties page. The portfolio Properties page can be accessed by clicking on the portfolio name in the Categories menu. The Properties page shows details about the portfolio and provides access to portfolio contents.

Viewing Portfolio Contents

  1. Click the name of a portfolio or click at the end of the row to view the portfolio Contents page.

  2. From the Categories menu, click the name of the portfolio.

    The Categories menu and Properties page opens.

  3. Click Edit Details to edit the portfolio.

  4. In the Categories menu, click Contents to view the contents of the portfolio. The page Actions menu is activated.

    1. Select one or more items in the portfolio, then click any of the following commands from the page Actions menu:

      Add Existing. Opens a Search window, from which you can search for models and products to add to the portfolio.

      View Product Roadmap. Displays a roadmap report for the selected items.

      View Timeline. Displays a product timeline, which you can display in terms of weeks, months, quarters (the default), or years.

      Remove. Removes the selected items from the portfolio.
