Viewing Information for an Assessment

Any person who can view a project can view information about an assessment for the project.


Before you begin: View the lists of assessments. See Listing Assessments for a Project.
  1. Click the Name of the assessment you want to view.



    This page lists these details for the assessment:

    Name. The name entered by the person who created the assessment.

    Policy. The policy that governs the assessment's lifecycle.

    Originated. The date the assessment was created.

    Originator. The person who created the assessment.

    Assessor. The current owner of the assessment.

    Assessment Status. Red means the project health is in trouble and needs immediate attention. Green means the project is in good shape. Yellow means the project is on schedule but has a high risk that must be watched and managed.

    Assessment Summary. A brief summary of the overall project status.

    Resource Status. The status assigned for resources. Green means good. Yellow means there could be a problem. Red means in trouble.

    Schedule Status. The status assigned for schedule. Green means good. Yellow means there could be a problem. Red means in trouble.

    Financial Status. The status assigned for finance. Green means good. Yellow means there could be a problem. Red means in trouble.

    Financial Summary. A brief summary of the project's financials.

    Risk Status. The status assigned for risks. Green means good. Yellow means there could be a problem. Red means in trouble.

    Risk Summary. A brief summary of the project's risks.
