By default, there is only one state in the assessment lifecycle: Exists. Your system may be set up so there are additional states. If so, the assessment owner can use the page to promote and demote the assessment.

Template Name

Lists the WBS tasks in the template. Except for the ability to associate a question with a task, WBS for templates are almost the same as for projects. Baselines cannot be created project template WBS.
