Listing Assessments for a Project

Any person who can view a project can list its assessments.


Before you begin: View the Dashboard for the project. See Working With Dashboards.
  1. Click the Assessments tab or category.



    For each assessment, this page lists these details:

    [Overall Assessment Status]. Red means the project health is in trouble and needs immediate attention. Green means the project is in good shape. Yellow means the project is on schedule but has a high risk that must be watched and managed. If there is no color-coded symbol, then no overall status has been assigned.

    Name. The name entered by the person who created the assessment. To see details about the assessment, click the Name. See Viewing Information for an Assessment.

    Author. The current owner of the assessment.

    Role. The project role assigned to the author.

    Date. The date the assessment was created.

    Resource. The status assigned for resources. Green means good. Yellow means there could be a problem. Red means in trouble.

    Schedule. The status assigned for schedule. Green means good. Yellow means there could be a problem. Red means in trouble.

    Finance. The status assigned for finance. Green means good. Yellow means there could be a problem. Red means in trouble.

    Risk.The status assigned for risks. Green means good. Yellow means there could be a problem. Red means in trouble.

    . Opens the Basic Information page of the project assessment in a new window.

  2. Use the page Actions menu or toolbar to work with the assessments:

    Create New Assessment. Creates an assessment. See Creating an Assessment.

    Delete. Deletes an assessment; click OK to confirm. You can only delete assessments that you own.
