Viewing Question Properties

Properties for a question include, type, name, owner, state, and the text of the question.

Before you begin: View the list of questions for the needed template. See Listing Questions for a Project Template.

  1. Click the Name of the question for which you want to view properties.



    This page lists these details:

    Type. The type of object is a Question.

    Name. The name of the question.

    Policy. The policy that governs the question's lifecycle.

    Owner. The user who owns the question.

    State. The lifecycle state of the question.

    Question. The actual question that determines if a task is added to a project.

    Originator. The user who created the question.

    Originated. The date the question was created.

  2. To edit the name or text of a question, click Edit Details from the Actions menu or page toolbar. See Editing a Project Template Question.

  3. Use the Categories menu to view additional information about the question. See Categories for a Question.
