Importing Bid Details

Only the owner and co-owner for a quotation can import bid information and only when the quotation is in the Open state.

See About Line Items for background details and see About Line Items to make sure the file uses the correct format.

Before you begin: View the list of quotation line items for an RFQ; see Managing Quotation Line Items.

  1. From the page Actions menu or toolbar, click Import.

    Import Quotation

  2. Click Browse to search for and select the needed import file.

  3. Click Done.
