Exporting Line Item Details

To create a properly formatted import file with all line items you want to bid on, you can export the quotation line items.

You can then enter your bid details and import the file.See Importing Bid Details for import instructions.

Before you begin: View the list of quotation line items; see Managing Quotation Line Items

  1. Check the line items you want to export.

  2. From the page Actions menu or toolbar, click Export.

  3. Select the file format for the exported file from the drop-down list.

  4. Click Done.

  5. Click the export file name and specify the path and filename for saving it.

  6. Click Done to close the export quotation line item page.
