Listing Line Items in an RFQ

From the page toolbar, click Categories > Line Items.

If the quantity for a line item has been split between receiving plants, the splits are listed in the rows immediately under the line item. For each line item in the RFQ, this page lists these details:
Name. The name of the line item. To see more information about a line item, click the Name. If the row represents a split for the line item, the split's name is the same as the main line item's name. See Viewing Details for an RFQ Line Item.
Description. Brief description of the line item.
Required Quantity. The amount of the line item that the buyer wants quoted. If the row represents a split for the line item, the quantity is only the quantity for the specified receiving plant.
Required Unit of Measure. The unit of measure used by the buyer when specifying the quantity required and the unit of measure suppliers should use when quoting.
Receiving Plant. The name of the buyer plant that is to receive the line item. The receiving plant is only specified for rows that represent part of the total required quantity of the line item (a split line item).
Required Availability. The time frame in which the buyer needs the line items. This can be a specific date or a more general time frame, such as a month or specific quarter.
Splits. The required quantity for a line item can be split into multiple volumes by receiving plant. For example, the buyer may want 40% of the volume to be delivered to Plant1 and 60% to Plant2.
