View/Edit BOM Page

The View/Edit BOM page shows the details about product bill of material and provides access to related data.

Ensure that you are in the Product BOM page. See Product BOM Powerview.

Select option from the list of tab toolbar to view the BOM in following mode.


  • Product Colorways - Shows the colorway details attached to the product.
  • Product Sizes - Shows the product sizes attached to the product.

This section includes the following:
Attributes Description
Type Type of the component.
Name The name of the component.


Shows the component latest revision is available.
Rev The revision of the component.
Location The location, where component is used such as front or back.
Description Description of the component.


Primary image of the component.


Whether the component is added or removed from the the context product/variant.


Shows component is developed component.


Shows component is style specific component.
Shows the component article number and supplier details.


Shows currency conversion rate is not defined for the season for which product is created.


Shows the component is inherited from th base product to version.
Tip: This icon is only present in product version BOM page.
Sort Sort order of the component.

Note: The raw materials can be reordered using Sort option.
Usage Intended use of the component.
Supplier The Supplier of the component.
Article# The article number that is used by the supplier to identify the component.
Quantity/Yield Required quantity of the component.
UOM Usage unit of measure of the component.
Target Cost Per unit cost of the component.
Material Currency Currency of the respective raw material.
Target Currency Target currency of the product.
Calculated Cost Calculated cost of the component. It is the product of the quantity and the per unit cost. It is converted value from raw material's currency to product's currency.
DTM Determines whether the component is a primary or dye to match.
Trim Size The assigned trim size for the component.

Actions

You can use the tab Actions menu or toolbar to perform the following tasks.

Actions Description
Add Material From Seasonal Library To add the material from the seasonal library.
Relocate Components To move the material added using toolbar option in it's context group.
Copy From Template To copy the material from the BOM template.
Copy From Existing To copy the material from the existing materials.
Enable Edit To edit the BOM details. See Editing BOM Details for more details.
Filter To filter the BOM using Filter list as All BOM, Style BOM, and BOM Variant.


To filter the BOM on selected dimensions. From dimensions page, select the BOM dimensions and click Filter BOM . The BOM tab shows the details for the selected dimension.

To add material from the seasonal library.
User Preference Currency Click to view the user preference currency. All the values in product's currency converted in user preferences currency. The dialog box displays the converted values in the user preferences currency. See Setting User Preferences for more details.
