An impact analysis allows you to assess the effect of an engineering change, tracking different levels of effort involved and the severity of the impact. Assignees and the engineering change owner have the ability to create and add multiple Impact Analysis objects to an engineering change. Each assignee or engineering change owner can add an impact analysis for each affected area such as Manufacturing, Quality, R&D, Engineering, and so on.
