Issues Page

This page lists the issues the user has access to. All users can list issues. However, only the Issue Manager can change the owner or the type for an issue in the Create state.

You can view issues you created, or you can view issues related to a specific item.

You can create and manage issues only if you have Library Central, the Semiconductor Accelerator for IP Management, Requirements Central, Engineering Central, or Engineering Configuration Central installed.

To access this page:

  1. If working with issues for a specific object, locate that object. See Searching.
  2. To see issues you have raised across all items, click > My Enovia > Issues from the global toolbar, or

If the Semiconductor Accelerator for IP Management is installed, select > Help Desk > Issues

    Or

If you have Engineering Central or Engineering Configuration Central installed, click > Engineering > My View, and click the Issues tab

    Or

For objects that have issues, search for the object and open its Properties page, then click Categories > Issues. If the Semiconductor Accelerator for IP Management is installed, the Issues category of a library or class shows all issues created for all items classified under that library or class.
