Viewing Resource Rule Properties

This task shows you how to view details about a resouce rule and to access lifecycle and history information.

  1. Click the name of a resource rule to view the Properties page for the rule.



    The resource Properties table contains the following rows:

    Row Description
    Type The type of the resource
    Name The name of the resource
    Maximum Resource Maximum resource (quantity) usage for the object
    Minimum Resource Minimum resource (quantity) usage for the object
    Initial Resource Initial resource (quantity) usage for the object
    Comments Details that describe the resource rule
    Rule Classification Logical, Manufacturing, or Configuration
    Design Responsibility The organization or project that has design responsibility for the rule
    Vault The vault where the rule is stored

  2. From the page Actions menu, click Edit Details to edit the rule.

    Note: This is the only place where you can edit expressions on a rule.

  3. Use the Categories menu to view additional information about the rule. For details, see Categories for Rules
