Listing Dashboards

Use the Dashboards page to manage your dashboards. The dashboards listed for a program or project show the Dashboard Details page. For information about Dashboard Details see Viewing Dashboard Details/Metrics. You also see this page if you choose to add selected projects to a dashboard.

  1. From the global toolbar, click > Program > Dashboards.

    Or

    1. View the list of projects. See Listing Projects.
    2. Select one or more projects.
    3. From the page Actions menu or toolbar, click Add selected to.



      For each dashboard, this page lists these details:

      Name. The name of the dashboard. Click to view the details page. See Viewing Dashboard Details/Metrics.

      Count. The number of projects in the dashboard.

      Description. A brief description of the dashboard.

      . Open the Dashboard Details page in a new window.

  2. Use the Actions menu or page toolbar to work with the projects:

    The Actions menu is not available when adding projects to a dashboard.

    Create Dashboard Collection. Creates a new dashboard. See Creating a Dashboard Collection.

    Delete. Deletes the selected dashboard; click OK to confirm.

  3. If adding projects to a dashboard, check the required dashboard and click Done.
