Increment Revison Dialog Box
  1. In Windows Explorer, navigate to the ENOVIA vault files whose revisions you want to increment.

  2. Ensure that the files are checked in.

  3. Select the files and click Actions > Increment Revisions.

    The Increment Revision dialog box lists the files you have selected and files they reference. Columns show the local version, vault version, and the next revision number in the sequence, which, by default, is used for the new version.

  4. To specify a revision number to be used instead of using the default, select the files to have an override and click Override Revision (toolbar).

  5. In the Override Revision dialog box, do the following:

    1. Select whether the revision string is determined by using the current revision, using the next revision, or using an override string.
    2. If you choose Use overridden revision string, type the value to use.
    3. Click OK.

  6. Optionally, type a comment to store in the file history.

  7. Click Increment Revision.

The revision information for the files you selected is updated in Windows Explorer. If Windows Explorer does not update with the new revision information, click F5.
