Usage and Download reports are only available if you have ENOVIA Library Central or the
Semiconductor Accelerator for IP Management installed. A user with the Librarian role can track usage of particular documents and also find the number of times a document has been downloaded between selected dates.
For example, this could aid a company that licenses intellectual property to another company and requires an audit trail for how documents are being used.
Usage tracking can be enabled by the Business Administrator using the emxComponents.enable.TrackUsage setting in emxComponents.properties. It is off (false) by default. Usage is tracked only for reference documents and specifications under a classified part.
