Build Distributions Page

The Distributions page allows you to view the distributions of a build.

To access the Distributions page, first access the list of builds. For details, see Viewing Builds. Then, from the Categories menu, click Distributions.

Distributions Table



The Distributions table has the following columns:

Column Description
Name Name of the distribution.
Comment Comments that give details about the distribution.
File Size Size of the file checked in to the distribution.
Format Format of the file checked in to the distribution.
Download File This column contains a download icon if a file is checked in. To download a file:
  • Click in a distribution's row to open the file or save it to your computer.
  • If you want to save the file, browse to the directory or folder you want to contain the file and click Save.

Page Toolbar

Click either of the following from the page Actions menu to work with the distribution:


  • Upload External File. The Checkin Files page opens, where you can specify files to add to the distribution. You can upload multiple files if you have installed the upload Applet. You can check in files by dragging and dropping them from Windows Explorer or by selecting them individually. For details, see Uploading Files with the Applet.
  • Delete. Removes any checked distribution files from the list and deletes them from the database. You are prompted to verify the deletion. Click OK.
