Routes Page

This page lists routes that include all the routes you created and routes you are included in and all routes that include a particular item for which you have access, for example, all routes that include a specific document or risk. The route lists from within a workspace for Workspace Leads include routes for the workspace.

To access this page, use one of these methods:


  • To list the routes that you created and that you are assigned a task for, click > My Enovia > Routes.
  • If you have Engineering Central or Engineering Configuration Central installed, click > Engineering > My View, and click the Routes tab.
  • To list routes for a specific object, including a task that is part of a route:
    1. View the object's Properties page.
    2. From the page toolbar, click Categories > Routes.

This topic defines these items:

Columns



Column Name Description
Shows the status of the route. A green arrow means all route tasks are on time. A yellow diamond means at least one route task, not including the last task in the route, is late. A red square means the last task is late.
Name The name of the route. If the owner chose autoname when creating the route, the name contains a prefix and a number. To see details about a route, click its name. See Route Properties Page.
Description The description the owner entered for the route.
Route Base Purpose Only shows on the Routes page. Determines the kind of tasks included in the route.
  • Standard. The route can include tasks that require the assignee's approval or comment or tasks intended only for notification or information.
  • Approval. The route includes only tasks that require the assignee's approval.
  • Review. The route includes only tasks that require the assignee's comment.
Route Status or State The state of the route:
  • Not Started. You created the route but did not start it, so no tasks have been created yet; only the route creator can access Not Started routes
  • Started. The route has been started but not all members have completed their tasks
  • Stopped. A route member has rejected the route (chosen Reject for the task approval status)
  • Finished. All members have completed their tasks for the route
Scope Only shows on the Routes page. The members who can access the route: all, organization, or a specific workspace or project space.
Due Date The date the final route member is scheduled to complete his or her task. If this date has passed and the final task has not yet been completed, the route status is red.
Completed Only shows on the Routes page. The date the final route member completed his or her task.
Owner The person who created the route.
State Condition Only shows on an object's Routes category page. The lifecycle state of the object associated with the route when the route was created.

Filters

The filter in the top right corner lets you choose which routes to include in the list:


  • Active. Shows those routes currently in process.
  • Complete. Shows routes that have been completed.
  • All. Shows all routes regardless of status.
